Fake blood was originally separated into 2 categories:
1. Liquid (conventional)
2. "Non-liquid": i.e. glitter, confetti, ribbon, etc.
However it has been decided that the delivery of the fake blood will be just liquid; and none of the more "comical" bleeding methods as discussed earlier in the semester.
Consequently, since the Costumes group now no longer require to do any sewing, we have combined forces; and they will be helping us with the fake blood: delivery of the blood; and washing it out of material.
The following pictures show a sample of fake blood applied to the skin; as well as a diagram of how to assemble the device that will allow actors to look like they are bleeding from the guts once they have been theatrically stabbed/injured.
Hm...I've played around with the photo formatting alot but can't seem to get it right, but what i am trying to show is that: first the blood was too much like a paste, then I added a little bit of water and other things & played around with it until I could get a good consistency.
